This is nearly five times the going rates just a year and a half ago.

1. Chiara Ferragni of The Blonde Salad:
This 28-year-old, Los Angeles-based Italian blogger and fashion designer has been employed by Guess as a model.
She has more than 6.7 million Instagram followers, 1.2 million Facebook subscribers, 286,000 Twitter followers.
Her website, The Blonde Salad is enormously popular in both the U.S. and in her native country.
